I went to visit my friend, Miss Morning Glory, this week. She has a cabin in Prescott, AZ, and is decorating in red, red, red. Yes. Everything is red. Her curtains, pillows, blankets, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. All red. Even her magnetic words are red.
And I must confess: I loove the magnetic words. Yessir. Love them. Of course, I was drawn to these red magnetic words, and Week 31: The Red Poem is the result. There is probably a lot that could be said, but I decided that I would just write the poem out for you and that would be it. Besides, it makes me anticipate all your comments and interpretations all the more. So without further ado:
There never could
blaze a black ember
but she sparks
absolute fight
burn in fevered color
sun sweat heat
sweet glow
flamed in mad revolution
through open spill
like fire white sea
between the match
steams only element
fully them

Sarah, this poem is hot.
So beautiful.
I need things with this embroidered on it or iron-ons so I can stick it anywhere. So gorgeous!
I would love it on my fight night bag.
I just keep reading it over and over...
Love,
Svet
this reminds me of womanhood, of being a woman the passion the tears the joy.....
